2020 Registration is OPEN for the Prep Showcase (06-07-08s)

Notes before you register

A parent or guardian will need to complete the registration form.  He or she will register as a new member and then add the minor participant. The registration form won't appear until you register as a member.

The Prep Division Showcase is a 3-day camp; $595 for overnight boarders and $475 for those who wish to attend as a day camper. You will select a day camper or overnight option on the registration form. Group discounts are available. Inquire at ctelitehockey@gmail.com

You will also note if you have a roommate preference on the registration form. You will also note any medical conditions as well as medications that will be taken at the camp. If medications at the camp are required (even an inhaler), the state of CT requires us to have a medicine authorization form on hand. Please complete the form and email it to ctelitehockey@gmail.com

Age requirements:

Prep Division Showcase is for birth years 2006-2008 only.

Camp cost: 

$595 for boarders with eight meals; $475 for day campers with five meals

Payment:

Your security is important to us. You may click on the SHOPPING CART button to securely provide credit card information via PayPal. Or, you may print a copy of the confirmation message at the end of the registration process and send the form with a check payable to CT ELITE HOCKEY LLC to:

Cancelations/Refunds:

Cancelations made by July 1, 2020 will be issued a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.  After that date all monies paid will be forfeited, unless you provide medical verification of camper's inability to participate.

You will be asked on the registration form if you will be attending as a boarder or as a day camper, and will be charged accordingly.

Discounts:

Group discounts are available. Inquire at .

Families signing up more than one minor will receive $100 discount for the second child, $200 for the third child, and $300 for the fourth child. This will be automatically calculated as you go through the registration process, even if you are signing up multiple children for different divisions.  If this does not work, please contact us at CT Elite Hockey LLC at 860.208.9532 or .  We will provide you with a check reimbursement for the multi-child discount.
